The National Library of Medicine and National Institute of Health brings a wide variety of medical and biological information to the public. The National Center for Bio-technology Information also connects a number of useful resources.
 

• You can start with Entrez to search across multiple databases.
• Medline Plus is a great starting point for understanding health and drug information and common treatments and medical procedures.
• PubMed connects the public to the latest in biomedical journals.
• The Genetics Home Reference connects you to what we understand about genetics and genetic maladies.

Any of our bio-medical databases might help you with Psychology but this specifically brings the infotrac collection of psychology publications together.

 Full text of nursing and allied health journals, as well as other Infotrac health resources. Some of this is redundant if you've searched the Health and Wellness Resource center, but the focus is more academic.

 The visible human project packages data from the NLM into all sorts of useful virtual models. You can view a human body slice by slice. This a wonderful (and slightly creepy) tool.

Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) is a peer reviewed, PubMed indexed journal devoted to the publication of biological research in a video format.

The Encyclopedia of Life. I know, you're thinking "that sounds amazing..." and it pretty much is. A non-profit conglomeration of all of the knowledge of life on Earth. They have a ton of tools for exploring biodiversity and you can create your own account to get more from the tools they offer.

Gale Virtual Reference library is what it sounds like...a library of electronic books. This includes many titles on genetics and a number of trustworthy articles on genetic disorders.

Search for electronic books here and set up your own account so that you can utilize these books from anywhere. There are a number of titles available on genetics here as well as various health and medical topics.
